Kristin Goodrich

Kristin is a Bay Area native who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. Kristin has completed extensive continuing education in the McKenzie Method / spine and is a certified McKenzie therapist. She enjoys working with all types of patients and her goal is to assist them in returning to what they are passionate about, whether it is sports, work, or being independent with everyday activities. She strives to do this through a blended treatment approach that includes patient education, biomechanical assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. Outside of work Kristin is an avid rower. She competed on the US rowing team from 2001-2003 and has been involved with coaching youth, collegiate, and masters level athletes for 10+ years. She also enjoys trail running, cycling, gardening, cooking, and drawing.

Inbal grew up in the East Bay and moved to San Francisco in 2020. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University and is enthusiastic about restoring patients with orthopedic injuries and movement dysfunctions to their most functional selves. Inbal strives to help her patients better understand their condition from an anatomical and biomechanical perspective, and she takes a patient-PT team approach to decreasing pain levels and restoring quality of life. In her free time, Inbal is a long distance trail and road runner with multiple races under her belt. She enjoys skiing in the winter, hiking with friends in Marin, and weight lifting to balance out her distance running.

Samantha ("Sam") is a San Francisco native who was born and raised in the Sunset District. Sam grew up playing various sports and was a collegiate athlete in softball. Her passion for sports, movement, and personal experience with injuries sparked her interest in physical therapy. Sam received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University. She has clinical experience working with various orthopedic injuries and enjoys working with a diverse patient population. Sam appreciates the importance of creating meaningful connections and collaborating with her patients in order to help them achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. In her free time, Sam enjoys playing pick-up sports, rock climbing, exploring new foods/restaurants, and catching up on the latest new TV series/movies.

John grew up in San Bruno, on the peninsula, where his love for science and movement began to take shape. He pursued his passion for biology and earned his B.S. at the University of San Francisco. While at USF, John was a competitive athlete, excelling in water polo and swimming, which fueled his interest in understanding the mechanics of the human body. His journey continued at Tufts University, where he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), solidifying his commitment to helping others lead active, fulfilling lives.
Throughout his education and clinical training, John developed a deep appreciation for working with patients from all walks of life. His varied experiences in orthopedic clinics honed his ability to connect with individuals and provide personalized care that supports lasting recovery and overall well-being. John takes pride in empowering his patients to return to the activities they love, fostering strong relationships along the way.
Outside of the clinic, John's passion for movement and the outdoors remains a central part of his life. In addition to his collegiate sports background, he stays active with basketball, rock climbing, running, surfing, and weightlifting. An avid camper and backpacker, he cherishes any opportunity to explore the natural world and embrace the adventure it offers.

Megan

Megan Dalmacio is a licensed physical therapist with a focus in orthopedics and a passion for helping people move with confidence and ease. She has experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions across all age ranges, as well as experience with vestibular and balance training. Her treatment approach is collaborative, intentional, and personalized—rooted in the belief that no two bodies (or journeys) are exactly alike. Megan takes time to understand each patient's unique goals, lifestyle, and movement patterns, utilizing a mixture of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and patient education/lifestyle adjustments to build a plan that supports real, lasting progress.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Megan brings a grounded, whole-person perspective to her care. Her experiences living in different parts of the country—completing her education in Nebraska and Oregon—have given her a broad perspective, the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, and a wide-range of interests. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Megan experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, painting, playing piano, lifting weights, or flowing through a hot yoga class with her husband. She believes that movement is not just medicine—it's a way to reconnect with yourself and live life more fully.

Lance Harriman
MSPT
Lance is the clinic's owner and has worked in the physical therapy field since 1996. He is an active diver and snowboarder, as well as an expert surfer having surfed Mavericks consistently since 1995. Lance has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, including a special emphasis on knee and shoulder injuries. With his surfing background and orthopedic physical therapy experience, Lance has become the go to person for surfing related injuries. He occasionally helps out as a member of the onsite healthcare team at ASP (Association of Surfing Professionals) events in California. He is also involved with Operation Rainbow, a nonprofit organization dedicated to performing free orthopedic surgery for indigent children and young adults in developing countries worldwide. Lance has gone on multiple medical missions to countries in Central and South America. He also leads the aquatic therapy program offered by the clinic.
